Receiving Your Inventory at Genpower 

Inventory inbound will require a WRO (warehouse receiving order) so that we know which inventory will be arriving and in how many units. This helps to ensure we stay organised and timely with receiving to ensure we can start shipping your orders quickly and efficiently. The WRO will also give details regarding the service required on receiving the inventory – does the container need to be de-stuffed and palletised? or palletised and barcoded?

Destuffing Containers / Palletising / Storing Your Inventory 

Once the inventory is received and processed, it will be transferred to a set location reserved for your stock only. There are other 3PL suppliers who can support you with similar services – it’s important to ensure you’re supplier can support you with the volumes you require as well as the weights and dimensions of your inventory.
